Back Paddock Software Subscription Payment Terms
Welcome to Back Paddock Software (BPC). These payment plan terms outline the terms and conditions for subscribing to our software services. A subscription is a contractual agreement between a business (the provider) and a customer (the subscriber) that grants the subscriber access to a product or service on a recurring basis. Subscriptions involve an ongoing commitment where the customer pays a periodic fee for continued access or delivery of goods or services. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
2.1 Term: 12 months from the payment date
2.2 Payment: Due at the beginning of the subscription period.
2.3 Automatic Renewal: For your convenience, if selected, your subscription will automatically renew each year unless cancelled 30 days before the renewal date.
3.1 Pricing details can be found on our Product pages on the BPC website. (https://www.backpaddock.com.au).
3.2 Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
3.3 All prices are quoted in AU$.
4.1 Credit Card – Processing fees
4.1.1 Visa/ Mastercard – 1.95 % + 30cents per transaction
4.1.2 Amex -2.5 % per transaction
4.2 Direct Debit – 1 % + 30 cents, capped at $5 per transaction
5.1 Late payment will result in suspending access to a product until the account is made current.
6.1 Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
6.2 No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods (subject to clause 7.1)
7.1 Refunds are only provided for annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
8.1 All prices are shown ex GST.
Back Paddock Company Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms with 30 days’ notice.
